Provides support to men, women and their families by offering counselling, legal feedback, a variety of support groups, information and workshops on parenting, parent alienation, anger management, and masculinity. Drop-in programs include support for men and women (1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7pm), "Dads Make a Difference" (every Thursday at 6pm), and "Dealing With The Dragon", an anger management course for men only (can be started any Tuesday of the month).more info

Ongoing, self support group for parents with children 12 years old and under. Weekly meetings are co-facilitated by trained volunteers.
