A NARSF Program. Accessed by referral from Child & Youth Mental Health (MCFD) whereby outreach counsellors assist and support children, youth and families with ongoing emotional and/or behavioral issues through outreach and counselling activities that promote healthy functioning within the home and community environment.more info
