Cycle for Health
GNCC promotes cycling as a tool to make a positive change for people with mental and physical health issues. Using cycling as a therapy as part of a ‎Wellness Recovery Action Plan, has had great success. Regular bike riding has proven to be effective with mental health conditions such as depression, stress and anxiety. We encourage any individual that would want to join us for regular rides to contact us. GNCC is looking to partner with local health organizations and professionals.more info
