Cycle for Health

GNCC promotes cycling as a tool to make a positive change for people with mental and physical health issues. Using cycling as a therapy as part of a ‎Wellness Recovery Action Plan, has had great success. Regular bike riding has proven to be effective with mental health conditions such as depression, stress and anxiety.
